Chemical wastewater comprehensive treatment method

There are many kinds of pollutants in chemical waste water, and the water quality is complex. It contains poisonous and harmful substances and has a certain inhibitory effect on microorganisms. The use of a single treatment method often leads to an overloaded operating state, poor treatment of waste water, and low effluent qualification rates, making it difficult to meet water quality discharge requirements. Chemical wastewater belongs to organic wastewater. Generally, it is difficult to meet emission standards only by physical and chemical methods, and the operating cost is high. Therefore, biological treatment is still the main method. However, chemical wastewater contains many refractory organics, which are poor in biodegradability, and the amount of water in the chemical wastewater varies greatly. Therefore, direct biological treatment of chemical wastewater is not ideal, and physical, chemical, and biological methods are often used. Combined to complete the effective treatment of wastewater, improve the quality of effluent, to achieve wastewater discharge standards.

The vertical separator oil separation method, the honeycomb inclined tube oil separation method and the magnetic particle adsorption filtration method were combined to treat the oily wastewater, and the treated water quality reached the first-class emission standard. The comprehensive treatment method absorbs the advantages of each treatment method. It reduces the floor space (50% to 60% compared to the traditional method), reduces the construction cost, and successfully solves the problems that arise when using traditional methods. Hydrolysis acidification-aerobic biological treatment-aeration biological filter combined with HOBAF process for the treatment of petrochemical wastewater, high treatment efficiency, good effluent quality, COD, ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 92.8%, 73.4%, respectively, oil, volatile phenol And the removal rate of sulfides is above 90%.

In recent years, the research and application of various types of chemical wastewater treatment technologies have been rapidly developed, and processing methods have become more and more. Wastewater has been effectively treated to a certain extent, but there are still a lot of problems, such as large equipment investment, high processing costs, and low water quality standards. The investigation of toxic organic pollution shows that the organic toxicants discharged from chemical wastewater have begun to affect the safety of drinking water, and China’s chemical industry is facing an urgent environmental crisis. Therefore, optimizing the combination of various processing technologies, researching and developing new and more efficient wastewater treatment technologies can enable the chemical industry to achieve sustained, rapid, and healthy development.
